Technical SEO audit. Fixed price. Clear fixes.
Our detailed SEO audit report looks at all aspects of your website: site speed, technical issues, content and content gaps, page rankings, AI visibility, topical authority and local search. We suggest what to fix first and a strategy to improve organic traffic from the right audience. It is a fixed-price package, so you know the cost before we start.
Then we walk you through the report on a call and discuss our recommended priority list. It suits businesses in Singapore and Australia planning a rebuild, a migration or a fresh SEO push.

What we check
A technical SEO audit checks whether Google can crawl, index and show your pages. A tool scan lists issues. We tell you which ones cost you enquiries.
Crawling and indexing
We confirm Google can crawl and index the pages that bring you business, and find the ones it cannot.
Structured data
We check your markup is valid and matches what visitors see, as Google's structured data guidelines require.
Page speed
We review Core Web Vitals, the loading, responsiveness and stability measures Google recommends getting right.
Content and keywords
We check each key page targets one clear search term, so your own pages do not compete.
AI search eligibility
We check your key pages are indexed and able to show a snippet, which Google requires for AI Overviews.
Tracking
We check that every contact form on your site is tracked accurately, and that your analytics counts the leads that matter.
Google Business Profile
We review your listing for accuracy, categories and Google's rules on showing an address.
What you get
Every audit is led by Grant Harrison, an industry veteran in brand and digital marketing across Asia-Pacific. You get findings you can act on, not an 80-page tool export.
Written report
Each finding explains the problem, why it matters and how to fix it, in plain English.
Priority list
Fixes are ranked by likely impact on enquiries, so your developer starts with what matters most.
Walkthrough call
We take you and your developer through the findings and answer your questions.
Price and timing
A one-off SEO audit report at a fixed price. The final price depends on your site's size, and we confirm it before we start. Turnaround is usually 7 days.
- Crawling, indexing, speed and structured data checks
- Tracking check for enquiries and sales
- Google Business Profile check
- A written priority list and a call to walk through it
A sample finding
On a recent school group project, several school websites competed for the same searches, so Google was unsure which page to rank. We mapped each topic to one page on one site and resolved the content conflicts to recover those rankings.
Questions
How much does an SEO audit cost?
Our SEO audit starts from S$800 in Singapore or A$800 in Australia. The fixed price depends on your site's size, and we confirm it before any work starts. There are no ongoing fees, and you are under no obligation to hire us for the fixes afterwards.
How long does the audit take?
Most audits take about 7 days. We confirm the turnaround in your quote, based on the size of your site. Sharing read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics early keeps things moving. Those are the first places we look.
Do you fix the issues too?
We actually prefer to. Your developer can work from the priority list, or we can quote to make the fixes ourselves. Either way, each finding explains exactly what to change. That makes the work easy to brief and easy to check.
What access do you need?
We need read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Google advises site owners to grant an SEO only read access to Search Console at the audit stage. For your Google Business Profile, we review the public listing unless you choose to share access.
Is AI search included?
Yes. We check that your key pages are indexed and can show a snippet. Google requires both for AI Overviews and AI Mode. Google says no special files or markup are needed. For ongoing work, see AI search optimisation.
