AI & automation

AI marketing automation. Reports that tell you what to do next.

Our AI marketing automation turns scattered platform data into reports and dashboards your team will actually use. Many teams spend hours pulling numbers from Google Ads, Meta and GA4. They still can't say which channel drives revenue and often don't know what metrics they should be using to gauge performance.

We build attribution systems, Meta Ads performance dashboards and automated Google Ads reports. Each one is written in plain language, with next steps. AI does the drafting and summarising. A human checks every report before it reaches you. No black boxes.

Too much data. Dashboards no one understands. No insights.

Ad platforms, analytics and your CRM each tell part of the story. Pulling them together by hand takes hours, and the report is often stale before anyone reads it. Google and Meta can also both claim the same lead, so the totals rarely match your sales.

What we build

Automated reporting and marketing dashboards built on the accounts you already use.

Attribution

We match ad clicks and site visits to enquiries, tracing each lead to the channel where it started.

Dashboards

Meta Ads and Google Ads dashboards show spend, leads and cost per lead in one view.

Automated reports

AI drafts each performance report in plain language: what changed, why, and what to do next.

Content systems

AI-assisted content and video production that keeps several brands posting from one operation.

Audit workflows

Repeatable SEO and tracking audits gather the data, so our time goes on the findings.

Every AI-assisted report checked for quality

AI drafts and summarises, but it can get numbers and facts wrong. A person checks every figure, claim and recommendation before anything is sent or published. Google's guidance says to fact-check and review all AI-generated content before publishing. We apply the same rule to reports. We don't run campaigns on autopilot.

Proof

Systems we've built for clients. Grant Harrison designs and tests every system before it goes live.

Cognita attribution

First-touch channel attribution that traced enrolment enquiries to their source across Cognita's schools in Asia.

Melbourne content system

One system keeps several Melbourne cafe and restaurant brands posting to their social channels on schedule.

We build products too

BookingElf is our own table-booking platform for cafes, built in-house. It is designed for small teams with no time to manage bookings by hand. Building our own product keeps us close to how software, data and automation work in practice.

Questions

What is AI marketing automation?

AI marketing automation uses AI to gather, summarise and report on marketing data, with a person reviewing the output. For us, that means attribution, dashboards, plain-language reports and AI-assisted content workflows. Nothing goes out to you or your customers without a human review.

Which platforms can you connect?

We connect the platforms most marketing teams already use: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console. If your tracking is unreliable, we fix that first. Reports are only as good as their data.

Who checks the AI output?

A person checks every report, dashboard figure and piece of content before it is sent or published. AI is fast at drafting and summarising, but it can misread data or state things that are not true. That review step is why our reports come with next steps you can act on.

Do I need new software?

Usually not. We build on the accounts you already have, such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta. Depending on the size of your team, reports arrive as PDF documents, or we build custom performance dashboards around your requirements. You keep ownership of your accounts and data. Nothing is locked inside a tool you must keep paying for.

Where is my data stored?

Your marketing data stays in your own Google and Meta accounts. We read it through access you grant, and our automated processes don't store personal data. The OAIC advises organisations not to enter personal information into publicly available AI tools. We follow that advice, and we run regular security and privacy checks on the tools we build and use.
